The Dean of the Faculty of Arts at Beni Suef University confirms the completion of preparations for the New Academic Year.17 Sep 2025Professor Dr. Azza Gohary, Dean of the Faculty of Arts at Beni Suef University, expressed her great happiness with the precious trust bestowed upon her by His Excellency the President of the Republic, the Minister of Higher Education, and the President of the University, stressing that it is "a great trust that she will work to fulfill with all diligence and effort." This decision comes within the framework of the political leadership's support for women's empowerment, as the decision was issued to appoint her as Dean of the Faculty of Arts, since its establishment in 1984. The Dean of the Faculty of Arts at Beni Suef University said: “We are on a new academic year, and we hope that it will be a successful year full of success and excellence, based on clear work axes.” She explained that the Faculty of Arts is one of the most prestigious colleges, as it includes more than 20 scientific, humanities, and social science departments, in addition to 7 distinguished programs. She noted that the college was among the first colleges to initiate specialized programs that serve students in neighboring governorates and universities. She stressed that the college "is characterised by a high-class family atmosphere, in which faculty members, support staff and administrative staff participate with high efficiency, which ensures strong educational outcomes that meet the needs of the labour market." She added: "We have prepared the infrastructure, lecture halls, and student affairs offices, especially the reception office for first-year students, to be the starting point for facilitating students' integration into the new university life, thus reflecting a positive image of the college." She emphasized that the College of Arts' mission is based on "creating intellectually, behaviorally, and socially qualified individuals capable of serving society with conscious thought and refined behavior" affirming that the next phase will witness a continuation of the journey of giving in line with the requirements of the era. She concluded : "The College of Arts is fully prepared for the start of the new academic year. With the increasing demand for our programs this year, we strive to provide an integrated academic and administrative environment that provides students with the comfort and support they need to achieve success."
