New Students' Request Form (First Year)
 :New students are kindly requested to do the following
First: Print the following two pages on one sheet of paper (front and back)
Second: Fill out the student’s desires form completely, with all the student’s data accurately and skillfully.

Third: Arrange all the desires from number 1 to 21, i.e. arrange all the departments and programs together according to each student’s desire.

Fourth: Submit the form to the Student Affairs Department at the faculty after signing it and writing the submission date of the form.
Note: Any form that does not include the required data will not be accepted.
