Dr. Mansour Hassan, President of Beni Suef University, and Eng. Hassan El-Shorbagy, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs Sector, signed today the contract for the university’s social club in the entertainment area in the new city of Beni Suef. This was at the headquarters of the New Urban Communities Authority in the Administrative Capital, in the presence of Dr. Nagi Radwan from the Faculty of Physical Education, Dr. Ahmed Gamal Abu El-Azm from the Faculty of Medicine, and Ms. Mariam Farouk William, the Authority’s Contracts Management Rapporteur.
The university president explained that the social club is located on an area of ??6 acres and includes administrative buildings, recreational areas, sports fields, swimming pools, in addition to a restaurant area and green spaces. He pointed out that the club aims to provide all community, cultural, sports and recreational services to faculty members and employees in order to provide them with the appropriate climate so that they can perform their scientific mission and advance the university, stressing the importance of the community role that the university provides to its children.
It is worth noting that Dr. Mansour Hassan presented the university shield to Eng. Hassan El-Shorbagy, Vice President of the New Urban Communities Authority in appreciation of the efforts made and the fruitful cooperation between the university and the authority.
