The aesthetic theory of Croce

Master Abstract

SUMMERY The importance of beauty and topics related to it is a basic center factors of human importance, so it is a study of important part of human thinking parts, it explains how art developed in any society for the developing of the community. There has been many philosophers who pay attention to this filed like Italian philosopher and Thinker B. Croce, one of the public and important sign in twentieth century for this various spirit activities. This thesis has specialized to discuss beauty theory for Croce that he has a deep characteristic opinions, arichment topics explain the difference between art and many other things which always enter or mixed together. This study concerned with answering to many questions like; 1- Did corce bringing up have any effect on his thinking developing and his general character philosophy?. 2- What is the art position for corce and how it describe this philosophy? 3- What is the meaning of art, does it related really to the fields of human spirit or not and what is the relation feature between them? 4- What is the basic components in constructing any work art and does it depend on any component existence or it establishes on unit and mixing of all components? 5- does nature is the only source of arts and does art does art depend on initation if its what is the importance of it? 6- Does the art submit to the other values like benfit, pleasure moral or become independent from these values and what is the relation feature between them? 7- Does criticism have any importance in beauty experiment or form a fact of demolish? So our study of a beauty theory for croce neverbeing for studying the fature of art, work and it’s way to distinguish from any other things only, but it had studying criticism also and how to develop it and reach correct critical view which is objective and neutral. That will construct a good relation between critic and artist. As to curriculm, it was the comparison critical analysis curriculm; analysis that the researcher importance of critize, anlise and discover the dimension beauty in Cruce philosophy, comparison theresearcher dicover the conduct and relations fields between Cruce thinking and previous philosophers in one hand contem poraries in the other hand. The thesis conclude introduction, six chapters and conclusion. The introduction include the importance of the topic, in chapter one show Corce life and his thinking development and how it effect on general characteristic of his philosophy and the position of art in this philosophy. While chapter two specialized for searching for the relation between art and fields of other human spirit and explaining the difference between art, beauty, logic, science and history, and explain that art never be materialistic fact or really benfits or moral or pleasure or a kind of knowledge conception, the chapter end with important result that it is difficult to give a final definition to the word are, chapter three concentrates and discuss or explain the disconnecting of these components from each other inside work art. Chapter four introduce the relation of art and nature, and how art never become just imitation or mechanizal sequence outside nature, otherwise lose it’s benfit, pleasure and morality to a sure that impossible for art to be benfit or the main impulse to creat work arts is taking a kind of pleasure only or the only aim of creating work arts is publishing sermons and moral lessons only, finally chapter six which discuss critical art, it’s importance in experimental beauty and how to reach objective criticism to any work art with confirmation of no importante of art categories when it explain strict low as science low the artist must commit in the closure researcher explain the important results which she obtain from presenting the topic. ABSTRACT No doubt that the study of art form important part of human thinking aspects, and the developing of arts in any community proves how this community developed in other fields Corce concerned with this civilized aspect and he had many contribution in this field. PHD Abstract

The importance of the language, the art and the subjects related to them has a great importance of human concerns, so that searching in this topic as a study is an important part of human thought. Concerning of language and it's issues play a main role in the human though language has it's great importance not only in the-field of philosophy research, but also in all the field that human concern, because it was the participating part of human nature effectiveness. In general language it is a tool and a mean for changing ideas, feelings and desire, that we need to recognize of the world around us, all human learning completed by language, that what human know by his direct experience about the universe which he live in is formed a small part of the knowledge for example we all know that sting of snake cause death, but little of us sting by a snake or see some one die by this, but we learned this by the language in writing and speaking. So, the subject of language is the most important part in philosophy research. Starting of studying language variously and different scientists of language and nature are study it and general scientists and actors, literary and critic artists which every one tray to solve this complicated phenomena to understand resolve a side of its problem that will help him to understand community and civilization. In this research we will not concern about the language which formed thought and every human activity but also we will focus basically on the language of beauty which take a basic role in art and philosophy. It is difficult to distinguish between them, the relation between the art and the language very strong especially when we look at the art as the first mean which human declared about himself, in ancient communities the art mixed with language that we can say there is a great unit gathering then together, the word in language always contains a picture or art which make the same job, language has it's great important in the hield of arts which to the artist as a field of his job, and without it never be art work, poem cannot stand without words an so on. That in art field, but in the philosophy we accept that the relation between the language and the art is formed the study of this research which a track a large number of researchers for it's importance to one another. Language where related With the Art becomes more expression and effectiveness. Plato is first philosopher who flash or gesture to this and we can saying that his attack on the art is affright of charming of the language, language of poetry which have a strong effective on sprit strong than eny other language. Language of the Art not be a group of gilded words but language of the Art is important in the dialog with the another, so that the language of the art take a place in human experience, this place as a role not less on his significance than the role of science, several of contemporary. Philosophers are study home language can built our object and self world in attachment with the Art and his issue which can discover the real Essence of language. So there are a numerous of reasons which move us to study language for the respect of beauty, first of this reasons is the language in it's real essence not express the thought only but the feelings or emotion, the relation between feelings and language is very old which started from language as a language feeling. Human before he take his way to the logical language he takes or fiend his means to express his feeling and cries which he shoting it from time to time, the language is related with the theory of feelings because every strong feel become with the diser of express of out its of the language is related with fancy and poetry so that it's messiery to study it from the respect of beauty and refuse dealing with it from one side the scientific side which formed of side. This study hoped to answer many questions like: 1- If the language determine human being and his distinguish of animals where the essence of language there be? 2- Does thought mixed with language or separated forme it and does language only a tool of human efficiency or it is more depth than that? 3- Does linguistic significance of any linguistic text determine only by similarity role or there are other dimensions? And does similarity succeeded in expressing language or it is as will as in language as in art defiat and failure? 4- If the origin of the language is emotional and feeling and if the art or poetry is the main form of emotional language is this mean that the studies of language is similar with the studies of Art and the search of Art and his issues means the search of the language and his issues or there is a deferent between them? 5- Does the Essence of the language of Art depend on just representing emotional feeling and does of feeling the main language of beaty factor? 6- It is really a relation between the poetry which is the language of feeling and philosophy and science as a language of mind, if there is a relation how it will be? 7- If the real essence of language does not form without poetry does poetry has a special language or it has an ordinary one? 8- Is the language enough to express completely about any thing or there are other sides of human experience which language can not express? 9- Can we found succfual translation of poetry to its language or to another one? The curriculum of the research is curriculum analisis critical comparative, we start analise philosophy opinion who make the relation of language and art in order to critice this opinion or compare it together, and we present the characteristics in sequence. The thesis conclude introduction and five chapters and conclusion. We offer in the introduction the importance of the topic, the first chapter we try to discover real being of language by studying the real Essence of language the and it's start, and the second chapter search the relation between language and the art with imitation symbol and assure of that the symbol nature of language and Art has entered them in other side for of the from of real imitation, and connected with new studies in language of philosophy as Simotics, Simantics and Hermenutics, The Third chapter we focus on the emotional dimension of language and art Through focusing on the expressing work of language not the connecting job of searching issue which participated language and Art with a relation of emotion, The Forth chapter we discuss the philosophy point of view for the relation between the language and the poetry, we study the language of poetry and the ordinary language to declane the different between them we also discuss the problem of language decite, in The fifth chapter we discuss the relation between poetry which is the language of emotion and science and philosophy as a mental language then become conclusion which include the result of the study.
