Thesis title: Rural Emigrant's Adaptation in the field of Industry

(on a sample of Industrial workers in the city of Benisuef)

This study aimed at identifying migrant rural properties for industrial action in the urban community, and identify the photos the physical and economic and social adjustment of those migrants with the requirements of industrial action on one hand and the nature of urban life. In addition to identifying the relationship of this productive efficiency level adjustment.
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher adopted essentially a social survey by the sample. Adopted as the comparative method was compared between the two groups of industrial workers, one represents the migrant rural workers to the city of Benisuef, consists of 148, and other non-immigrant urban workers, made up of 72 workers.
Data were collected for this study through the use of several systematic tools questionnaire, direct observation and analysis of documents and records in industrial organization study.
The results of the study supported the validity of scientific hypotheses:
1. migration is selective.
2. the breakdown of the family of the most important problems arising from lack of social adaptation of migrant rural industrial action.
3. the existence of relatives and friends from back home to immigrants from the most important factors that help them social adjustment in industrial field.
4. adapt to the family and family relations of the most important aspects of social adaptation of migrant rural industrial action.
5. adjust to the dwelling of the most important pictures the physical adjustment of rural migrants to work in the industrial field.
6. the adaptation of rural migrants with work problems of most photo adapting industrial business requirements.
7. failure to adapt rural migrants with problems of industrial action to lower the level of productive efficiency.
