Research Abstract
Summary
This thesis is titled “Abi Abdurrahman Assulami’s Recitation; Phonetic, Morphological, Syntax Study in the Light of Modern Lingual Study” The research plan included, an introduction, five chapters, and a conclusion as following:
First Chapter: Quranic Recitation: I tackled the origin of Quranic recitation, Seven Letters, Seven Recitations, the linguists’ opinion about witnessing the odd recitations, benefits of existence of several recitations and its impact on the legal sciences.
Second Chapter: The Reciter of Kufaa Abu Abdurrahman Assulami; this chapter includes his life, origin, and being the real founder of recitation in Kufaa. I dealt with his recitation with collection and authentication.
Third Chapter: The phonetic cases in Assulami’s recitation; the chapter includes the consonants issues such , “hamza” assimilation, dissimilation and other cases as well as vowels cases such as phonetic alternating, phonetic and other cases.
Fourth Chapter: Morphological Topics in Abi Abdurrahman Assulami’s Recitation; the chapter included the Morphological Topics concerning verbs in Assulami’s recitation such as the three-letter-verbs, transitive and transitive verbs, active and passive voice. In addition, morphological cases concerning singular and plural, derivatives structures, infinitive structures, masculine and feminine phenomenon , etc….
Fifth Chapter: Syntax Cases in Assulami’s Recitation; the cases included declension and non-declension, finite and definite nouns, nominal and verb sentences, addition, appositives, etc…
The conclusion included the study results, appendixes, references and sources, and the index.
