The Dean's Speech at the Opening of the "Nicest Voice" Competition

Professor Dr. Mahrous Ibrahim, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, delivered his speech at the opening of the Nicest Voice competition, in which he thanked His Excellency the Minister, Professor Dr. Mansour Hassan, Dr. Nahla Al-Hamili, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Kemet Foundation, and all those in charge of the competition. He welcomed all the audience and praised all the students' participation.
