Urban geography: theoretical and applied studies

Abstract This course deals with urban geography: theoretical and applied studies, in terms of studying the foundations of differentiation between the village and the city, in addition to the study of rural urbanization in terms of its patterns, forms and reasons for its development, as well as the study of the natural geographical features of the city, in addition to analyzing the urban growth of cities and theories of internal structure For cities, then addressing an analytical study of land uses in cities, as well as measuring the city’s territory in theory and practice, and finally, a presentation of plans within cities and how to plan them.
